Main Duties of the Job

As a Bank Chef at Barchester, you will assist the Head Chef in creating seasonal, fresh, and wholesome dishes cooked to the highest standards. You will help manage the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, work within budget, complete regular audits, and manage stock control. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team to create a warm, efficient, and enjoyable environment for both residents and staff.

Requirements
