About the Opportunity

The role will initially involve administrative support, including:

  • Booking RFQs into the system
  • Updating trackers
  • Chasing supplier quotes
  • Other ad-hoc administrative tasks

As the role develops, you will transition into a Sales Engineer position, with responsibilities including:

  • Understanding customers' engineering requirements
  • Breaking down bills of material
  • Understanding how to read a drawing
  • Understanding Hyde's manufacturing capabilities
  • Understanding different commodities and how we can offer a solution to each
  • Managing quotations
  • Communicating with customers and suppliers
