Technical Architect - Enterprise Voice

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Architect to join our client's dynamic and forward-thinking organisation in London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical input into service designs, technical designs, and commercial outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with project and portfolio teams to progress procurement and technical workstreams.
  2. Oversee the technical input into service designs, technical designs, and commercial outputs.
  3. Help manage dependencies, risks, and requirements between stakeholders.
  4. Engage with stakeholders across the organisation to progress project outcomes.
  5. Manage risks and prioritise workload to align with project goals.
  6. Experience with agile and waterfall deployment methodologies.
  7. Familiarity with enterprise Service Now deployments and service management integration.
  8. Data governance and policy enforcement experience.
