About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our housekeeping team as a Room Attendant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness in our hotel rooms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in hotel rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
- Ensure all rooms are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for guests, paying attention to detail and adhering to our high standards.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our housekeeping goals and objectives.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge in housekeeping and customer service.
