This role involves receiving, visiting, assessing, and managing insurance claims from leading UK and International rural and agricultural sector insurers.

The successful candidate will have a strong external adjusting background and a deep understanding of and passion for rural/agricultural industries, communities, and lifestyles.

This is a field-based position with regular travel required, offering an outstanding opportunity to move into or within a niche area of adjusting at a leading global firm with significant long-term career prospects and class-leading professional development support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage a mixed portfolio of agricultural claims from cradle to grave.
  • Work in tandem with the internal team to understand and prioritize what matters to the customer, ensuring quality visits take place by undertaking value-added preparation.
  • Continually review claim activity to identify potential blockages and reduce failure demand.
  • Take sole responsibility for every claim personally handled and enhance the customer journey by ensuring all parties are kept informed and working collaboratively with key stakeholders to build on end-to-end flow.
  • Build strong relations with colleagues, brokers, agents, and suppliers to ensure a seamless claims handling service.

Ideal candidates will possess an Insurance qualification (ACII or ACILA) and demonstrate a commitment to studying and gaining knowledge in the field.
