Operational Duties:
- Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day inquiries from managers, suppliers, and contractors.
- Manage the processing and coordination of requests, including onboarding and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance documentation is completed and processed in line with client requirements.
- Review and validate new requirements with stakeholders.
- Screen and verify supplier CVs, forwarding qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate rejections to suppliers promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and track spreadsheets related to new hires, including attendance and leave notifications.
- Participate in meetings and conference calls as required.
- Negotiate pay rates with suppliers and managers, aiming for cost savings.
- Ensure timely processing of supplier invoices and resolve any related queries.
- Prepare weekly status reports for management and assist in producing client presentations.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while suggesting improvements where applicable.
- Address any client or contractor issues as they arise.
- Perform additional duties as required.
