We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Childcare Tutor to join our team at Learning Curve Group. As a Childcare Tutor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our learners, helping them to achieve their goals and succeed in their chosen careers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a timetable of teaching, learning, and assessment as agreed with their Tutor Delivery Manager. They will also be required to undertake qualification delivery planning in collaboration with team members, ensuring that all external requirements are met.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to learners
• Undertaking qualification delivery planning and ensuring compliance with external requirements
• Providing support systems to facilitate positive retention, achievement, and progression
• Monitoring attendance and performance of learners and reporting to management
• Ensuring learner requirements are dealt with quickly and effectively
• Delivering teaching, learning, and assessment to ensure a positive learner experience and timely achievement
• Completing individual learning plans and progress reviews to meet individual learner requirements
• Timely completion of assessment and documentation to meet awarding body, audit, and organisational requirements
• Submitting portfolios in a timely manner for interim and summative verification
• Undertaking learning and development activities as required for the job role and maintaining a record of all CPD
• Contributing to learner disciplinary action requirements
• Attending standardisation and team meetings to develop team and individual performance
• Promoting and ensuring safe working practices and safeguarding of learners
• Providing learners, customers, and colleagues with support, advice, and guidance
