Job Summary

ZipRecruiter is seeking a skilled Electrical Site Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing and supervising electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee and supervise electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  2. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and senior management to ensure smooth project execution.
  3. Test electrical systems using specialized tools to ensure proper functioning.
  4. Follow local building codes and safety regulations when performing installations or repairs.
  5. Provide technical guidance and support to electrical team members.
Requirements
  1. Fully qualified with valid 2360 Part 1 & 2, or 2330 Level 2 & 3, th Edition and 2391 Inspection & testing qualifications.
  2. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.
  3. Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar - Lead electrician, Senior electrician, etc.
  4. Proficient in using power tools and hand tools for electrical work.
  5. Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations.
  6. Excellent people management, communication, and teamwork abilities.
  7. SMSTS qualification would be an advantage, but not essential.
