About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable individual to join our team as a Sheltered Scheme Cleaner at North Northamptonshire Council.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of communal areas within our sheltered housing schemes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and maintaining communal internal and external areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, and vacuuming as required.
  • Cleaning internal window panes in communal areas.
  • Sweeping external drying and cleaning bin store areas.

Requirements

  • Previous experience of cleaning, preferably in a non-domestic setting or within a sheltered housing scheme.
  • Understanding of relevant health and safety regulations, including COSHH.
