Job Title: Junior Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Junior Account Manager to join our team at Hunterlodge Advertising. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and developing creative strategies to drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
    • Work with agency colleagues to devise campaigns that meet client briefs and budgets.
    • Coordinate and participate in client meetings and presentations.
    • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality work and exceptional service.
  • Project Management:
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during project implementation.
  • Media and Creative:
    • Coordinate and execute media plans across various channels.
    • Liaise with the Performance Team to monitor and optimise media campaigns.
    • Review media performance data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes.
Requirements and Characteristics:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an account management or similar role within an advertising agency.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised with strong project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
