We are seeking a skilled Legal Product Specialist to join our team at Your Prime Recruitment. As a key member of our software solutions team, you will be responsible for providing expert training and support to law firm clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee client migration projects to our new software platform, ensuring seamless transitions and high levels of client satisfaction.
- Training Delivery: Deliver customized training to law firm staff at all levels, using a range of formats including one-on-one and group sessions.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with law firm clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring they get the most out of our case management and cashroom software.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in software training and support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
