Job Summary:

WR Logistics is seeking an experienced Air Freight Import Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing international airfreight movements, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage international airfreight movements, including customs clearance and documentation
  • Act as a liaison between customers and suppliers to ensure all needs are met within specified delivery times
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners
  • Monitor flights and vessel arrival times, and inform customers of any delays
  • Organize deliveries with third-party hauliers or our own drivers
  • Liaise with airport handling agents and warehouses upon cargo arrival

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in air freight forwarding and import
  • Strong understanding of MS Windows and MS Office tools, including Excel
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
