As a Product and Brand Manager - Ecommerce, you will play a key role in driving our ecommerce sales growth in the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow Ecommerce Sales: Develop and execute strategies to increase ecommerce sales of key products through marketplaces and websites in the UK and internationally.
  • Product Portfolio Management: Manage the product portfolio for exclusive web/B2C products, including product brands Vitinni, Fire Mountain, and Alfresia, and drive sales through effective product management, oversight of content and listings, and key marketing initiatives.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and work with the Ecommerce Buying and Product Quality team to develop compelling, coherent, and market-leading product ranges.
  • Forecasting and Re-supply: Oversee forecasting and re-supply processes, supported by teams in the UK and China, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Review sales performance, stock holdings, and rates of sale to identify promotional opportunities and optimize product offerings.
  • Content and Marketing Management: Manage and create product copy writing, marketing materials, photography, and video briefs, as well as graphic design briefs, to ensure a cohesive and engaging brand presence.
  • International Ecommerce Growth: Identify international ecommerce sales growth opportunities for product categories and work with colleagues in the UK, USA, Germany, and France to expand sales internationally.
  • Website Content Improvement: Proactively suggest website content improvements, cross-selling opportunities, and promotional activity to boost sales and drive growth.
  • Marketing and Content Campaigns: Work with the Ecommerce and Marketing team to propose, agree, and deliver select marketing, content, PR, SEO, and social media campaigns to grow ecommerce sales in the UK and internationally.
  • Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with the Ecommerce Operational Manager, supply chain, buying, product, logistics, and warehousing teams to understand and improve systems, and ensure operational efficiency and scalability.
