About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at School House in Sunbury-on-Thames, Surrey. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals with Learning Disability and Autism conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with Learning Disability and Autism conditions
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal hygiene and mobility
  • Participate in ward rounds and contribute to the development of care plans
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high standard of care is maintained
