Chief Officer Job Description

Catalyst Partners is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Officer to lead our overall people strategy and HR functions. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with our company's mission, vision, and business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a people strategy that drives organisational effectiveness and fosters a positive and inclusive company culture.
  • Partner with the executive team to provide strategic input on organisational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
  • Oversee the recruitment process to attract and hire top talent across all levels of the organisation.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance employer branding and position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Design and oversee competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain talent.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis to ensure compensation practices are equitable and aligned with industry standards.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a culture of continuous feedback and professional development.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance in the UK.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform HR decisions and present at Board level.
  • Passion for fostering a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
