We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Ward Manager to join our team at Nottingham University Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety on our ward.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide effective leadership and management of the ward team, ensuring that all staff are working together to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Patient Care: Ensure that all patients receive safe and effective care, and that their needs are met in a timely and compassionate manner.
- Quality and Safety: Monitor and improve the quality and safety of patient care on the ward, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Team Development: Support the development of the ward team, providing training and development opportunities to help staff achieve their full potential.
- Qualifications: Registered Nurse with a degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a nurse, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
