We specialize in delivering comprehensive M&E building services maintenance across various sectors including commercial offices, healthcare, education, retail, transport, and manufacturing throughout the UK.

Position: Mobile Fabric Engineer – Areas of Operation: Suffolk, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, totaling 40 hours per week.

In this role, you will operate on a mobile basis, executing maintenance and repair tasks related to fabric components across our diverse client portfolio in the specified regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Replacing light bulbs and ensuring that all fixtures and fittings are functioning properly
  • Performing minor plumbing and carpentry tasks
  • Cleaning and maintaining general areas
  • Assembling furniture and equipment as needed
  • Changing filters in air conditioning units
  • Hanging doors and installing new locks
  • Engaging in painting and decorating tasks
  • Laying tiles and carpeting floors
  • Conducting basic electrical and mechanical work
  • Testing emergency lighting systems
  • Performing water flushing procedures
Required Qualifications:
  • Possession of a relevant City & Guilds or NVQ qualification in a trade (Carpentry, Plumbing, Mechanical, or Electrical)
Compensation and Benefits
