Senior Engineering Surveyor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Surveyor to join our team working on a civil engineering scheme.

The ideal candidate will have a background working on civil engineering projects and understand how to set out engineering elements, undertake topographic surveys and process survey data.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Establishing and maintaining survey controls, setting out grid lines, levelling, traversing and other land surveying work.
  2. Carrying out pre and post pour surveys.
  3. Volumetric surveys.
  4. Accurately and consistently recording underground assets.
  5. Data processing using Auto CAD.
  6. Ensuring that all survey kit is maintained and well kept.

The successful candidate will have a relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Land surveying, civil engineering or related course, and will be proficient in utilising various types of surveying equipment.

They will also be confident in using CAD, LEICA, GPS, and other surveying software, and will possess a clean, full UK driving license.
