As a Planned Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance visits across the London, Kent, and Surrey area. You will work with local authorities and housing associations to ensure the highest standards of maintenance are met.

Responsibilities:

* Undertake planned preventative maintenance visits
* Liaise with customers at a local/site level
* Represent the Company in a professional manner
* Maintain the highest standards of paperwork
* Ensure Health and Safety requirements are upheld at all times

Requirements:

* Some Engineering experience
* Operational knowledge of electronic systems
* Computer skills
* Clear written and spoken communication skills
* Full driving license with no more than 6 points
