Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) is a leading mortgage broker and network, renowned for its exceptional service and commitment to excellence. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will play a vital role in helping customers achieve their dream of homeownership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on mortgage and protection products
  • Oversee each application through to completion, ensuring seamless communication with administrators and other departments
  • Gather comprehensive information to identify customers' needs and preferences
  • Build strong relationships with customers, delivering exceptional service and follow-up support
  • Ensure all relevant documents are completed accurately and efficiently

What We're Looking For:

  • Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets and expectations
  • A professional and flexible attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • The successful applicant will be subject to a DBS Check

What We Offer:

  • A competitive basic salary, plus commission structure with uncapped OTE £70-100K
  • Quarterly and yearly awards, including trips abroad
  • Salary sacrifice pension scheme
  • Generous holiday allowance, increasing by 1 day per year based on service up to an additional 5 days holiday per year
