About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Gas Engineer to join our team at Network Plus Services. As a Gas Engineer, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their gas meter installations are completed efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install gas meters at client sites, adhering to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Engineer solutions on-site, focusing on first-time fixes to minimize downtime
  • Plan and book appointments with customers to meet required timescales and customer expectations
  • Ensure accurate data is collected from every job, maintaining high-quality records
  • Manage stock planning and control to guarantee the availability of necessary equipment for successful job completion
  • Apply commercial awareness to identify cost-effective solutions, working as a mobile engineer
  • Work autonomously, maintaining a professional demeanor and delivering exceptional service
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Gas Engineer
  • Apprenticeship or similar qualification with recognized certification
  • Hold MET1, CCN1, CESP1, CMA1, or equivalent certifications
  • Proficiency in IT and computer systems
