We are seeking an experienced and proactive Shop Manager to join our team at Sue Ryder's Clarence Parade shop. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing a large team of volunteers, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of volunteers to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the shop, including stock management, merchandising, and housekeeping
  • Recruit, train, and retain a volunteer team, providing leadership and guidance
  • Work with the local community to generate donated stock and drive sales
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Sue Ryder, promoting the brand and national fundraising initiatives
