About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Procurement Specialist to join our team at Yolk Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing a range of frameworks and contracts across Operations, including maintenance and repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Deliver a range of frameworks and contracts across Operations, ensuring compliance and adding value to the business.
  • Procurement Partner Support: Provide support to designated business areas, reducing costs and improving compliance.
  • Negotiation and Contractual Agreements: Negotiate contractual agreements with strategic providers and satisfy day-to-day procurement requirements.
  • Risk Management: Identify and implement strategies to manage and mitigate risks and contractual risks to the business.
Requirements
  • Experience: Demonstrable track record of managing high-volume contracts in a fast-paced environment, ideally front-line procurement such as maintenance contracts.
  • Stakeholder Management: Experience in supporting and working with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Contract Dispute Resolution: Experience of contract dispute resolution.
  • Public Sector Experience: Exposure to working in procurement across the public sector is desirable.
