IT Support Engineer Opportunity in Kent

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team in Kent. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems with equipment and systems.
  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Set up accounts for new users and repair or replace equipment as necessary.
  • Test new technology and administer Microsoft 365.
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects as instructed by the IT Manager and Management Team.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation regularly.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in a 1st/2nd line support role.
  • Good knowledge and experience of ITIL Best Practice.
  • Knowledge and experience of working with support of MS AD, MS exchange, MS 365, Windows 10, VPN.
  • Passionate about IT and providing customer service.
