About the Role

The successful candidate will take a leading role in supporting the Efficiency Product Owner in delivering data-driven, intelligent, optimized energy node sources of energy conversion in pursuit of Vehicle Efficiency attributes, such as real-world and homologated driving range and energy consumption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a wide range of business stakeholders and engineers to deliver vehicle programmes against the team's Quality Operating Schedule (QOS) and clients' framework for attribute delivery.
  • Identify risks and opportunities in a robust data-driven manner to inform and influence business decisions and engineering direction related to vehicle energy nodes.
  • Develop and maintain a strong technical engineering background with evidence of a methodical, structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Work closely with the Efficiency Product Owner to ensure the delivery of high-quality vehicle efficiency attributes.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical engineering background, ideally with a focus on Mechanical or System Engineering, and significant relevant industrial experience. A degree-level education is required, with a focus on Mechanical or System Engineering.
