Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team in a Cost Consultancy role. The successful candidate will assist MRICS Quantity Surveyors with pre and post-contract duties, while receiving direct guidance from the Associates and Directors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and management of contracts and tenders
  • Conduct site visits and monitor progress
  • Prepare and analyze cost reports and forecasts
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

  • RICS-accredited degree in Quantity Surveying
  • Desirable: previous consultancy experience or experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driving license
