Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Cost Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Cost Consultant, you will be responsible for providing cost management and contract administration services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Presenting and explaining approaches to project risks and uncertainties
  • Leading procurement activities and contract formation
  • Acting as a contract administrator
  • Handling general project strategy shaping and client interactions
  • Undertaking procurement of projects from start to finish, including preparation of tender documentation
  • Managing work packages post-contract, including change control and valuation, progress valuations, cost reports, and final accounts
  • Conducting tender analysis for contractor appointments and data capture for benchmarking and future cost plans
  • Maintaining effective communication to ensure all information is available for the successful completion of projects and liaising with other managers to ensure efficient financial control

Requirements
