Job Title: Head of Product Security

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Product Security to join our team at Leonardo. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing robust security risk management systems for complex high-integrity electronics systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement security risk management systems in accordance with customer, regulatory, and legislative expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks.
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance security awareness and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies to ensure our products remain secure.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in developing security risk management systems for complex high-integrity electronics systems.
  • Familiarity with UK/NATO Information Assurance standards, procedures, and systems.
  • Registered NCSC Certified Professional at lead level or equivalent NCSC recognized qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with subject matter experts.
  • Ability to obtain SC clearance.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Strong background in design implementation of high-integrity complex electronics.
  • Good understanding and experience in delivery and maintenance of products to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Understanding of the concept of operations for products to identify functional security risks.
  • Ability to identify and deliver alternate/innovative ways to manage security.
