KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Plant Manager, you will report directly to the Area Operations Manager and will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring the Health & Safety of yourself, visitors, and contractors on site.
- Adhering to and promoting all company Health and Safety protocols consistently.
- Overseeing the precise production of Readymix products.
- Coordinating the timely procurement and delivery of raw materials.
- Conducting regular weekly and monthly inventory assessments.
- Managing the flow of Drivers, Visitors, and Cash Customers on site, while maintaining a professional image and enforcing site regulations.
- Reporting defects and collaborating with management and contractors to manage plant maintenance as necessary.
- Maintaining general cleanliness and implementing site enhancements.
- Upholding Environmental policies and procedures while ensuring records are accurately maintained.
- Regularly updating and monitoring documentation within the PACS system.
- Exhibiting a flexible and positive approach to working hours in alignment with business needs is essential.
