About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Yours Clothing. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing back-up management support and ensuring the smooth operation of the store on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Optimize sales and individual customer purchases to drive business growth.
- Manage and maintain a high level of store appearance and presentation.
- Replenish stock and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Assist with deliveries and stock handling as required.
- Undertake cleaning and housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Ensure compliance with all company procedures and policies.
- Take responsibility for personal development and actively seek opportunities for improvement.
- Responsible for Health and Safety and ensure all colleagues are aware of their responsibilities.
- Cash handling and reconciliation.
- Training and coaching of store colleagues as required.
Requirements
- A warm, friendly, and engaging personality.
- Highly motivated and a desire to be the best with energy and enthusiasm to succeed.
- A proven ability to work well within a team and use own initiative.
- Ability to adapt to frequent change and a high-pressure environment.
- Experience in a retail environment with a quality brand is desirable but not essential.
- Knowledge and understanding of High Street fashion.
