Job Overview

Culina Group, a leading ambient transport and logistics business, is seeking a skilled HGV Class 1 Driver to join their team in the Goole depot. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for completing deliveries and collections for customers, involving manual handling, drop and swaps, and general trunking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and collect goods to and from customers
  • Perform manual handling tasks, including loading and unloading goods
  • Conduct vehicle checks to ensure safety and report defects
  • Comply with driver's hours and WTD legislation
  • Hold a valid HGV 1/C+E Licence and have a minimum of 6 months HGV Class 1 driving experience

Benefits

  • Competitive salary: £39,544 per annum - £45,640 per annum depending on shift pattern and start time
  • Fully paid uniform and PPE, including gloves and boots
  • Fully paid DCPC Training
  • Reimbursement of statutory LGV Driver Medical and eye test up to £100

Requirements

  • Valid HGV 1/C+E Licence
  • Minimum 6 months HGV Class 1 driving experience
  • No more than 6 points, no DD/DR Code convictions
