Job Description

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading logistics company, for HGV Class 2 Drivers to join their growing network within their depots across the country.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers to join a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of parcels to a nationwide network. As a HGV Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for delivering parcels to Hubs, Depots, and Delivery Units, liaising with colleagues to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver parcels to Hubs, Depots, and Delivery Units
  • Liaise with colleagues to ensure a smooth delivery process
  • Unload trailers and complete paperwork efficiently
  • Drive vehicles safely and adhere to road safety standards
Shift Details

Nights shifts are available 7 days a week, with flexible working arrangements to suit your needs. You will be paid £16.30 per hour, with overtime rates applying up to £23.10.

Requirements
  • Full UK Driving Licence with HGV Class 2 (Cat C) entitlement
  • Up-to-date Driver Qualification Card (CPC Card)
  • In-date Digital Tachograph Card
  • No more than 6 points on your Driving Licence

We welcome newly qualified drivers as well as those with experience. All drivers are expected to undertake a short driving assessment, which includes a brief written test. Basic English is required to complete this assessment.
