Taking ownership of the development and enhancement of Loyalty Analytics at Greene King Serving as the analytics representative for the Loyalty transformation initiative to ensure all analytical needs are identified and fulfilled Creating and refining precise and actionable self-service reports on all loyalty initiatives and incentives, factoring in incrementality Providing in-depth, actionable insights regarding loyalty initiatives and the associated customer demographics Leveraging reporting and insights to narrate compelling stories to the business, ensuring that data-driven actions are taken Overseeing the data integrity of all Loyalty data sources to guarantee robust and accurate reporting and analysis Collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure that Loyalty remains central to business decisions and is both customer and data-focusedWhat you will bring to the role...
