We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at People & Process Solutions Int. Ltd. as a Business Development Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the UK market, selling medical equipment to the NHS and private hospital market.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with NHS departments, including ward, project team, and purchasing teams.
- Network with key stakeholders and decision-makers to promote the company's brand and products through planned appointments.
- Manage the territory effectively, demonstrating excellent time and travel management skills.
- Promote and sell the company's products, demonstrating and helping to specify product requirements to NHS staff at ward and show-and-tell sessions.
- Build a solid and balanced pipeline of prospects with short, medium, and long-term projects, ensuring central logging for required company support.
- Negotiate prices and discounts.
- Work with the National Sales Manager to create a regional plan.
- Follow up quotes and samples, closing new business and ensuring CRM reflects this.
- Minimum 3 years' experience selling into the NHS markets at multiple stakeholder level.
- Hunter mentality.
- Must live in the Midlands.
- IT literate and proficient at CRM use.
- Medical equipment (non-theatre) / fast-moving capital experience desirable.
- Clean driving license.
- Basic Salary £46,500.
- Annual Bonus £10k at 100%, £15k at 110% (realistic) uncapped paid quarterly.
- Company car (hybrid).

- 33 days holiday including statutory days.
