Position Overview

TECHOHANA, a dynamic player in the media and communications sector, is seeking a Technical Lead to oversee and enhance our Salesforce ecosystem. This pivotal role involves taking charge of the Salesforce infrastructure, ensuring it aligns with our business objectives while providing opportunities for innovative solutions and process management.

The ideal candidate will serve as the Salesforce Subject Matter Expert, engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders across the organization. We are looking for a professional with a minimum of 3 years of Salesforce development experience who is ready to embrace Technical Lead responsibilities.

Key Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development
  • Familiarity with the U.K. market or experience in a U.K.-based organization
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven ability to design scalable and best practice solutions
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement at all levels
  • Proficient in implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including but not limited to: Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports
  • Knowledge of change management and governance practices
  • Experience in integrating third-party applications with Salesforce
  • Web development capabilities
  • Must hold a Certified Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer 1 certification

This role offers a hybrid working model, combining remote work with office presence. A competitive salary package of up to £60K is available, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package and healthcare options.
