Export Co-ordinator

£27,000 - £32,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Export Co-ordinator to join our client's team in Conwy, North Wales. As an Export Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for arranging shipments of orders using multi-model freight services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure efficient processing of export orders
  • Obtain shipping rates from freight agents
  • Produce Certificates of Origin, EUR1 and ATA Carnets on EZ-Cert system
  • Presentation of documents against Irrevocable Letters of Credit
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in Export or Shipping
  • Knowledge of Export Documentation & Regulations
  • System experience on SAP Business 1 would be advantageous
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
