Job Description

Cobalt Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Executive to join our team. As a Leasing Executive, you will play a crucial role in the lease-up of a brand new site, ensuring high occupancy levels and providing exceptional customer service to residents and applicants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of lettings and rental data
  • Coordinate the online marketing of available apartments, ensuring good presentation and regular spot checks
  • Develop demographic data, reports, and information, along with commentary, to support leasing strategies
  • Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner, meeting agreed service levels
  • Coordinate with 3rd party agents as required, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
  • Conduct viewings, negotiate rental offers, and complete applicant vetting requirements
  • Prepare and complete new let paperwork, adhering to strict procedures
  • Compile regular letting performance reports for use in discussions with clients
  • Coordinate resident communication, including social media, to maintain a best-in-class community
  • Appraise apartments, advising stakeholders on recommended rents for new and renewal properties
  • Coordinate renewal communications and negotiations, ensuring a smooth transition for residents
  • Prepare arrival packs and ensure keys are ready for tenant move-ins
  • Deliver ad-hoc projects as assigned by the General Manager or Senior Portfolio Manager
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and applicants, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
  • Experience in BTR leasing or lettings, with a strong understanding of the industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, applicants, and stakeholders
  • Proactive and dynamic, with a strong work ethic and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Confident in using Microsoft platforms, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Flexible and cooperative, with a willingness to work as part of a team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of business, client, and customer documentation/information
  • Well-groomed and of smart appearance, with a dynamic approach and problem-solving skills
