Job Title: Pension Scheme Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Pension Scheme Implementation Specialist to join our team at La Fosse Associates Limited. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of new pension schemes and ensuring seamless delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the data and pension technical requirement workstreams of new business onboarding projects.
  • Develop and maintain delivery plans and processes to successfully implement or transfer business across the firm.
  • Conduct data audit and mapping analysis on all new business and bulk transfer activity.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement in the onboarding process to enhance administration functionality.
  • Ensure risk management principles, information security, and data policies are adhered to when delivering projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of occupational pension schemes, including administration and the interpretation and application of scheme rules.
  • Proven experience of pensions calculations in administration.
  • Working on delivering projects and change to a pensions business.
  • Knowledge of pensions systems and administration methodology.
