About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Coordinator to join our team at The Copse, a rehabilitation service for men requiring a medium-term placement. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in supporting service users on their recovery pathway towards leading a valued and fulfilled life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct ward rounds and analyse behaviours to adapt care accordingly with colleagues
  • Update patient records and provide overall care and support, which may include assisting with personal hygiene
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide a supportive and inclusive environment

About the Team

You will be working at The Copse, a rehabilitation service located in the heart of the Weston-Super-Mare community. Our service provides a relaxed and homely setting within a modern and vibrant environment. Service users have their own private bedrooms which can be personalised, and we have kitchens, comfortable lounges, and dining rooms, as well as pretty gardens to relax in.
