Data and Exams Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Data and Exams Manager at Wellspring Academy Trust. This position will be responsible for managing the examination and assessment processes across our four sites, ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective examination and assessment strategies to meet the needs of our students and stakeholders.
- Manage the administration of examinations, including scheduling, invigilation, and results processing.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure accurate and timely assessment of student work.
- Provide training and support to staff on examination and assessment procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of examination and assessment processes, making recommendations for improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in examination and assessment administration.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our students.
