Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Venue & Deputy Manager in the day-to-day operation of the venue
  • Delivering training to new team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles
  • Delegating responsibilities to team members to ensure effective team management

Successful Assistant Managers will possess:

  • A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role or hospitality industry
