Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team in Sheffield. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting student learning and development within a dynamic school environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support classroom teachers in delivering pre-planned lessons and lead learning activities.
  • Provide individualized support to students, helping them achieve their academic goals and overcome challenges.
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of engaging and educational resources to enhance student learning.
  • Support positive behaviour and manage classroom dynamics effectively, promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents to enhance student development.
Requirements
  • Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or Higher Level Teaching Assistant is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and students.
  • Passion for education and a commitment to the academic and personal development of students.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varying needs of the school environment.
