About the Role
We're seeking a skilled and motivated Barista Maestro to join our team at Costa Coffee. As a Barista Maestro, you'll be responsible for leading a team of baristas, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of baristas to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Train and develop team members to improve skills and knowledge
- Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in all aspects of store operations
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives
