About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Sr Analyst to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for cooking a variety of meals for our military customers.
Key Responsibilities- Culinary Operations: Prepare, cook, and serve a range of meals, adhering to all relevant food safety legislation.
- Food Safety and Quality: Ensure all food is compliant with allergens, and maintain high standards of food safety and quality.
- Inventory Management: Assist with food orders, stock checks, and deliveries, ensuring accurate inventory management.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Chef manager/Catering manager to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of kitchen activities, including temperatures of fridges, freezers, hot cabinets, and serveries.
- Culinary Qualifications: Food hygiene certificate level 2 or equivalent, and/or relevant culinary qualification.
- Experience: Previous experience of working in a kitchen, with a good level of spoken English.
- Security Clearance: Security clearance and a DBS check are required.
- Competitive Salary: £12 per hour.
- Full-time Employment: 40 hours a week, mainly Monday to Friday with 1 in 4 weekends.
