The role of the Sales Professional is to:
- Sell the manufacturer range of new and used vehicles meeting agreed sales volumes. This includes identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service to drive sales growth.
- Follow the manufacturer sales process including meeting enquiry management targets. This involves staying up-to-date with sales processes, procedures, and policies to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of sales activities, customer information, and vehicle documentation to the required manufacturer standard. This includes ensuring that all records are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- Prospect for new and used vehicle customers on a regular basis to create sales opportunities. This involves researching and identifying potential customers, building relationships, and providing exceptional customer service to drive sales growth.
- Maximise sales opportunities by offering finance solutions to customers, as well as adhering to regulatory guidelines. This includes staying up-to-date with financial regulations and providing customers with clear and concise information about finance options.
- Participate in sales campaigns and promotions to maximise sales penetration and take part in on and off-site promotions run by the department. This involves staying up-to-date with sales campaigns and promotions, and participating in activities to drive sales growth.
