Position Overview

18 Recruitment Limited is seeking a dedicated Property Safety Administrator to support our client in ensuring the safety and compliance of properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate work orders for various operational tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to coordinate essential maintenance and safety tasks.
  • Provide administrative assistance to uphold the processes related to property safety, particularly in cases where access is denied by residents.
  • Organize access arrangements for site inspections.
  • Compile and maintain compliance documentation and certification records.
  • Facilitate urgent referrals concerning property safety issues and communicate effectively with relevant parties.
  • Organize and document contractor meetings.
  • Manage inquiries and communications related to property safety.
  • Process and track invoices related to safety services.
  • Format and update policy and procedural documents.
  • Monitor and refresh records across various functions.
  • Perform general administrative duties as required.

Ideal Candidate: The successful candidate will possess experience in a similar administrative role, demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4:30 PM, with a requirement to be in the office at least two days a week.

Compensation: £16.37 per hour, PAYE UMB.
