Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing requisition assembly, perpetual inventory, and data entry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage requisition assembly to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Produce and present reports to stakeholders.
  • Liaise with Planning and Site Managers to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure stock levels are adequate to meet demand.
  • Liaise with suppliers to negotiate and manage inventory.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Place orders onto the system and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain a safe, tidy, and secure yard and store area.
  • Load and unload vehicles as required.
  • Perform man-management duties and provide guidance to team members.

Requirements:

  • Forklift driver certification.
  • Highly computer literate, including Microsoft Office and data management.
