Merchandising Representative

About the Role

The Brick is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Merchandising Representative to join our retail team. As a Merchandising Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring our stores are visually appealing and well-stocked, providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving and processing merchandise shipments, including unloading trailers and organizing stock
• Setting up and maintaining visually appealing product displays, including attaching price tags and promotions
• Assisting customers with product inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
• Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, including inventory accuracy and stockroom organization

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 75 pounds
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive shopping experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible schedule to meet business needs
• Basic computer skills, with experience in inventory management and point-of-sale systems
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
