About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at Holiday Inn Fareham-Solent. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with the restaurant team to maintain high standards of service, food quality, and presentation.
  • Maximize opportunities to sell and promote our menu offerings, ensuring guests have a comprehensive understanding of our products.
  • Maintain high standards of Health & Safety and Food Safety, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, to meet the needs of our guests.
