Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Care Support Specialist to provide essential assistance to individuals in need. This position is focused on delivering high-quality support to a young male client who requires help with daily activities due to a brain injury and ADHD.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care tasks and meal preparation.
  • Support with household chores and financial budgeting.
  • Engage positively with the client and foster a supportive environment.
  • Ensure the well-being of the client’s pet dog during care sessions.

Working Hours

This role offers flexible hours, with shifts available from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, seven days a week .

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Male applicants only, as per client preference.
  • Confidence in handling dogs is essential.
  • A valid driver’s license is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional references.

Training and Development

While prior experience in care is advantageous, we provide a comprehensive training program for those new to the field. This includes a care certificate training program to equip you with the necessary skills.
